Hoeve House
Set within a historic Melbourne homestead and designed for a family of six, Hoeve House is a considered heritage renovation that elevates functional spaces into refined, high-performing interiors.
The statement laundry pairs custom green joinery with solid brass hardware, natural timber benchtops, a sculptural sink and honed marble flooring. Double washers and dryers are integrated within bespoke cabinetry, delivering a luxury laundry renovation that balances durability with strong visual impact.
An adjoining hallway functions as an informal entry and tailored mud room, scaled to suit the home’s original proportions while providing essential storage and organisation.
A compact laundry and powder room were reconfigured into traditional en-suites for the children. Brass tapware, natural marble tiling and classic wall panelling reference the heritage architecture, creating timeless bathroom interiors that feel both elevated and practical.
Hoeve House demonstrates how thoughtful spatial planning and quality craftsmanship can transform underutilised rooms into enduring, design-led spaces within a Melbourne heritage home.
